Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

Our services include non-legal support, such as documentation assistance, case organization, strategic guidance, and referrals where appropriate. We do not provide legal advice or act as attorneys unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Because our services often involve time, analysis, and customized work, refunds are limited as outlined below.

 

2. Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period.

  • Unused time within a billing period is non-refundable.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

 

3. One-Time Services

For one-time or flat-fee services:

  • Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

  • If a request is canceled before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any processing fees.

 

4. No Guarantees or Outcomes

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, resolutions, settlements, or legal results. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with an outcome, third-party decisions, employer actions, or legal determinations.

 

5. Anonymous Submissions

If you choose to remain anonymous:

  • Refund eligibility is still subject to this policy.

  • We may be unable to issue refunds if we cannot reasonably verify the original transaction or service request.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in rare cases involving:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Services not delivered due to our fault

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.

Approval of any exception is at our sole discretion.

 

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services

  • Permanent restriction from future access

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly so we can resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

 

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply prospectively only.
